News on HCP Service Users

The Health and Social Care Commissioning Team would like to thank all the stakeholders, children, young people, parents and carers, professionals and partners who have given up their time to contribute to the consultation so far to enable us to design a new Health Visiting and School Nursing Service.

We would particularly like to thank them for their honesty, interest and commitment to improving health and wellbeing outcomes for children and families in Hammersmith and Fulham.

The consultation is still up and running so there is still time for others to have their say. Please help my spreading the word to your networks and colleagues and other families and young people you know.
